I really like the Fire/Devices combo however it's not a blapper style of build; as I went for the >45% def with S/L/E/N/R per attached mids build utilizing Musculature Radial. Blapper build I prefer Ninja or Martial or Sonic. 0 Blaster - KILLER HEAT (Fire Blast - Devices) - kinetic combat.mbd

Had the same problem and twice. I feel like updating Mids is causing CoH to uninstall. During the second reinstall, moved the CoH directory to a different location from Mids. Although not planning to update Mids for a while to evaluate effect. Glad I backed up my costume files 2 weeks ago.
