if under my set bonus it says...*improves damage by 3%* is that across the board or just that power?

sorry for long delay ive been experimenting. Ive logged on another level 50, i get incarnate xp...and tons of influence. Yet on that one character i get zero influence. Once in a great while i get it for one mob or another but usually nothing. I also have zero influence on him. i have earn xp turned on...no double xp booster(it turns off at 50 anyway but i figured id state it)

yea im on a farm right now....hes killed hundreds of mobs...and all i get is incarnate xp. I should have over 20 mil inf by now and i barely got 3 mil

Ok ive seen some of the absolutely impressive bases on the various servers. Question...i have tried but i dont even know where to begin...my skills are horrible. 2 questions... 1.does anyone know the base code for a base that is reminiscent of Doctor Str.'s sanctum sanctorum? or... 2. Anyone out there with the skill on everlasting that could build it for me? preferably an outdoor kinda thing and you enter into the building. thanks either way.

can we get more of the villain/hero in game groups as chest details? 5th column specifically...we got council but i been wanting the 5th column since live. it shouldnt be too hard to do just copy and existing ones texture and paste onto a new one in the player selection options.

Mabye make a chest and leg option that gives the Mu look? could just default all attacks from the head while its used?

Ok...ive made level 50. Mender ramiel contacts me...i answer, yet...he wont offer the mission that unlocks it. Without it i cant gain veteran levels to get threads and thus make the alpha slot ability....and round it goes...anyone got an answer?

Anyone got a link or something to a human/dwarf bi form warshade build? all i have is basic io's so no uber purps enhancers and stuff right now...and im only 41.(still want the build to show to 50 though)

Im having issues with my warshade...since i played long ago things seem to have changed a bit. Does anyone have a warshade build(or link to one) thats human/dwarf with fly for human form?
