Electric / Shield Scrapper Build Help and Information Request

I skipped Jacob ladder and picked up Air Sup instead. I prefer the knockdown more than the potential cone. Ignored Lightning Clap completely I do not have OwtS in my build, never missed it. I do have grant cover, but late in my build (lvl 41) No heal power, but I admit, my Destiny Incarnate slot is Rebirth. I have used it to save me on occasion. -

I remember Sniktch. I remember meeting you in Pocket D and playing/running with your character. I was that 3 Eyed kid that always seemed to know what was going to happen. And some other alts (yay Blaskateers).
