Is this accurate? If so, is the idea that you want 3 slots in your ranged powers dedicated to damage, one to accuracy, and one to recharge with the other slot being open to whatever also accurate? Basically, I want to make my build never have to worry about the energy cost of anything and be capable of sustained automatic fire for at least three minutes. Is the above advice helpful or?...
