  1. What criteria would you set for the inspirations o be consumed? I think the only two inspirations I'd consider being auto are heal and endurance and even then you'd have to decide what level to use them at.... Difficult to action if you ask me.

Basically a ranged set with Ninja type skills (ninja stars, poison darts, grenades) as a counterpoint to the various physical close combat sets: 1: Throwing star: ranged, quick recharge, med/low DMG (lethal) 1: Poison dart: ranged, Medium recharge, Low damage (lethal) DOT low toxic 2: Throwing star cluster ranged (cone) Medium recharge, moderate dmg (lethal) 6: smoke grenade: ranged target AOE medium recharge, dmg low (toxic), foe disorient 8: Aim +to hit +dmg 12: HE grenade: Ranged target AOE, slow recharge, Moderate dmg (lethal, smashing) 18: poison web grenade: target AOE: slow recharge, foe immobilise, moderate DOT toxic 22: Throwing javelin: ranged, slow recharge, very high dmg (lethal) 26: Poison dart barrage: ranged (cone), Long recharge, high DMG (lethal), High DOT (toxic)
  3. I wasn't sure what to call the set, but in the end it's the adaptable damage that I was looking at...

How about an empathy/vampire type of damage set (a bit like Rogue from x-men). eg for a sentinel style blast set: (but I think you could make blaster/defender/corruptor sets and melee/assault sets as well. special - the secondary damage type of the set varies according to the group of enemies in the mission/being targeted and will be whatever the most common damage type is (thats not smashing) This represents the hero's ability to use a portion of their enemies power against them. 1. ranged minor DMG (smash, special), fast 1. ranged moderate dmg (smash, Special), medium 2. ranged cone moderate (smash, special, slow 6. ranged (target AOE), moderate(smash/special) slow 8. Aim Self +To-Hit, +DMG, +Range 12. close high dmg (smash, special), slow 18. damage/heal minor dmg (smash, special) self heal, slow 22. ranged, foe stun, superior dmg (smash/special), slow 26, either pbaoe or targeted aoe, extreme dmg (smash, special) foe knockdown, very slow
  5. Hi, What do people think is the easiest defence set to play, one you can almost just set up and leave and still have a decent all round defence?
  6. I just had a thought that a new and possibly very different power set would be grenadier. The set would consist of various types of grenades: All grenades would have to have some kind of aoe effect (which might be a problem)... High explosive - smashing/lethal damage only smoke, low damage plus -acc to enemies incendiary - fire damage (dot) - possibly set fire to area flash/bang - low damage, stun, maybe -def radiation (like in blade), damage (dot) plus debuff web low/no damage but hold, but you could also throw multiple grenades in a cone pattern. It would be amazing if you could somehow grade the damage so the target gets hit hardest and those on the edge of the blast radius get hit least. I think this would have to be a ranged set for blaster/sentinels, defenders etc....
