Hey everyone, I recently leveled a tank using invul/energy and he is just a machine, but he wasn’t doing enough damage. As a result of that, I decided I wanted a scrapper. does anyone have an energy/invul build for a scrapper? I’m talking one that truly makes +4/x8 content fall over because they know I’m coming. I’m not good at making builds, so I’m hoping someone has something I can follow. Cost is no issue (mainly because it’s another thing I can work towards completing). if you have your best of the best build, please share and I’ll love you forever.

Hey everyone. I’m absolutely horrific with MIDS, so I was hoping someone here could help me. I’m looking for the the absolute best energy melee/regen brute build. Cost is of no importance, I’m just looking for something that can really make that combo the absolute best that it can possibly be. does anyone have anything? Again, cost is not a factor that I’m worried about. thanks!

Which do you think is subjectively better for end-game content? Scrapper or Brute? The powersets would be regen and energy melee. I just want to figure out which I would have a better time with doing TFs, story arcs, and overall content with.
