  1. I would really like a Mitre in the hat options. I have a few villain and character ideas that would look good with it. I dont' know how plausible it is, but sleeves without robes? I kind of want to do a simple choir robe but all the options look like a martial artist or some other complicated thing.
  2. Nope. They don't show up in the list of available factions to make a list from. only in the list of available bosses.
  3. I found out that you can use mastermind capstone minions as bosses, but you can't put them in a custom enemy group or use the other ones as minions. For example: you can have a Demon Prince as a boss, but you can't have him be surrounded by demonlings. This is an outright injustice.
  4. The inciting incident is a zombie invasion of atlas park while a lich (as in the minion group boss, which you can apparently just use the capstone mastermind minions as bosses?) breaks into the magi vault (using Atlas Park - Time Capsule) to steal a book that was recovered from the Circle in the previous adventure ("The Angelo Custode Conspiracy" Arc ID:68851) The necromancer is ordering his cult to recover all copies of the book to be destroyed. Still building out what I want the final encounter to be, but stopping the books from being destroyed is the main goal.
  5. I am working on creating an arch-villain for a short sub-arc between the major story arcs I'm building. The concept is that he's a lich that separated from the Circle of Thorns in pursuit of his own greater power and desire to become a deity in his own right. As far as powerset goes I'm still workshiping the idea of a Necromancer of Necromancers. Master of the flesh and the soul and here's what I have so far: Primary: Necromancy Secondary: Illusion Control Zombie Hoard Spectral Wounds Life Drain Phantom Army Grave Knight Spectral Terror Soul Extraction Phantasm Lich Powerscaling-wise, How is this for an Arch-Villain? Do you have any other sets recommendations for such a concept? What would be best way to encounter them? What map would be a good villainous lair?
  6. I like knockback on sets with teleport attacks like Savage Melee for increased momentum in combat and keeping my brute fury up.
  7. I always did the skulls one, but didn't know about the vahz one. I think it just removes them from certain areas but now I'll have to go and check.
  8. Is there a list of missions that you can do that change how your world generates? the easiest example i can think of is the arsonists in the parking lot of atlas park getting arrested after you finish Matthew Habashy's missions. and his wife showing up after you finish Aaron Thiery's.
  9. I would look through the Circle of Thorns maps. There should be something in there worth looking at as they are all about the Atlantian aestetic. As for the other problem, the best advice I can offer is to chain them all together, but that can be a bit annoying as they won't spawn in a convenient location and you'll have to search for all of them with a lot of backtracking. Might work with a very small map, but I'd avoid that option.
  10. Let's say I'm making a mission where you are rescuing a half dozen hostages. Foiling a kidnapping plot. And you want there to be dialogue for rescuing and interacting them that isn't identical to each other. How do you make that happen without having a sub-objective show up in the navigation for every single hostage?
  11. Image. Most of my characters would fit in with any of Todd McFarlane's creations.
  12. Xenogears might make an interesting movie. Think: Star Wars with giant robots instead of jedi and lightsabers. Star Ocean 2nd Story might make an interesting TV series. I could totally watch a Legacy of Kain movie series. Blood Omen, Soul Reaver, Soul Reaver 2, and Defiance would make an AMAZING Quadrilogy.
  13. Well I can't find the game anywhere. Could you theoretically run it off of a disc or virtual machine? If so I don't think it quite qualifies, Jt does look fun though. Space Trucking games are right up my alley and I'm always looking for a good one.
  14. Would we be roleplaying as heroes playing dungeons and dragons or is this a method to play dungeons and dragons?
  15. We made the "Saved" list by the way. A lot of good games on the dead list.
  16. Yeah, I'm not sure how this one would balance out. I feel like mastermind theorizing should work backwards from theme. Like what do you see this working out as? the standard powerset design for any city of heroes class is that effects get bigger and more impressive the higher level they are, but you still use the lower level abilities because they keep pace as staples due to lower energy cost and recharge time. whether it's energy bolts or your standard super strength punch. In the case of mastermind you get more of your weakest minions and you train them/equip them. How would you keep a "boss" minion mundane at level 1 but still useful at higher levels and make your three henchmen as the big and impressive reward for reaching level 22?
  17. I have am MM that was an Eagles fan that was bit by a radioactive bald eagle that transformed him and made him gave him mastery over the animal kingdom. "Go Birds!" he shouts as you are swarmed by white and green hawks and ravens.
  18. I have been trying to convince my friends to join me for this explicit thing but so far none have taken.
  19. I don't think so....it was from sometime in the 2004-2007 range. The gameplay had more planet based maps. I want to say it was related to Flyff or it was available on the same website... Ace Online! that was it. looking it up...oh shit is it not dead? Well, looking it up in the form I remember it as, it's certainly not the same game now. But Looking at old screenshots and gameplay that was it.
  20. I remember that there was one MMO that had a sort of starfox/rogue squadron gameplay style around the time city of heroes was active. I can't remember the name of it.
  21. If you can still access and play the game it isn't dead. You can load into the map and run around and fight mobs. Like if you can have it installed on your computer and cannot play it, that's what qualifies as dead. Wildstar is Dead. Nosgoth is Dead. The Crew is Dead. Battleforge is Dead. Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex First Assault Online is Dead.
  22. If you like horror movies you HAVE to see The Descent (especially the director's cut/unrated cut if you can find it) A group of women go spelunking and run into trouble. It's a horror movie that is simple, closed, and absolutely terrifying.
  23. Not really the sort of thing I'm talking about. I mean a game that can no longer be played by the people purchased it. It looks like you can still buy and play that one. Unless steam is asking 6 dollars for a game you can't play.
  24. Ah...yes...reading. My one weakness.
  25. It was in Savage Melee: Vicious Slash. Yeah, I figured I messed up there. I'll unslot then convert them over to force feedback.
