  1. Update: This is exactly what I needed to do, in case anyone else has the same problem I did.
  2. That's great news. The issue I'm having then, is that he will not give mission. He just says, "And you are...?" Maybe I need to be introduced? I don't see him in the contact finder.
  3. Anyone know of a way of getting the Efficiency Expert badge if you've out leveled Efficiency Expert Pither? I found a single story arc in Ouroboros with him as a contact, but it doesn't award the badge. I know it's related to his timed missions.
  4. How do you go about getting the 2.5% in all three positional defenses you would get from 6 slotted Gaus from another source more effectively? Seems like it would afford more slots. Asking, so maybe I could improve my own build.
  5. If I were going to use the Bane pool for a a Huntsman, this almost exactly how I would build it as well. Very tight build, and it ticks all of the boxes (perma-Haste, capped Defenses). If you can stand having the legs, the Crab pool offers some really good tools for survivability, and Omega Maneuver on preference (I don't personally care for it). If you're willing to split off even further from the defacto Huntsman in this direction, Suppression is worth taking. Either way, I like your build. I think the Rifle is often overlooked for the slower (and lower DPA) Crab variants (yes, I know, energy damage vs S/L). The -Res is super nasty, and in my opinion, the best debuff one can have in this game, especially for teaming. If I were to change anything, I'd scrap Call Reinforcement, mostly off of preference. You should be proud of this build.
  6. I'm still not able to get past the idea that once you have IOs slotted, you'll get better performance out of a Blaster. Softcapping Defense to Ranged attacks is pretty easy with use of IOs. And, really, that's what my prospective hinges on, the idea that ultimately, IOs will be used. Of course, this also depends on how you're playing the game. If you're soloing, then Sentinel is absolutely the way to go. Blasters can slot into defense, but you'd probably end up with more reliability with not as much effort through a Sentinel. However, if you're teaming, I think the Blaster has the clear edge. You're not going to get the bang for your buck from the defense secondaries, if you have a half decent tank soaking up the hits. If you're a Blaster, and you're in the fray, you're either a Blaster, or you're standing too close. There's probably a few other ways you could slice this to show how one could have the edge over the other. Personally, if I'm playing in PvE, and I need an entire secondary dedicated to defenses, I'd be inclined to just roll a Scrapper or a Brute. This is all speaking mechanically, from a min/max prospective, of course. There is no substitution for concept builds.
  7. I'm not sold on them either. The big thing that Blasters have over every other ranged class is the stacking buffs they get from defiance. I agree with the philosophy of Defense over Resist, but when taking a defensive powerset, I'd always go with a Resist set, and pool/bonus into Defenses. With this thought process in mind, the disconnect I'm having with the Sentinel is why do I need these defenses, if I could be a Blaster and managed the +Defense from things like Scorpion Shield, Fighting, and IO sets? I guess the argument could be made that taking Super Reflexes and Ninjitsu eliminates the need to take the Fighting Pool, but I fee like you're giving up the option of additional damage and utility, just so you can free up one pool spot and/or ancillary pool. Maybe Sentinels are a PvP play.
  8. Thank you. This helped. I originally installed it to my Program Files folder, and was running as Admin. Didn't have any issue with this until today. What I did, was run it without Admin, so it would give me an error message, but not crash. I set the new target for a fresh folder on my desktop. Then, I moved the files from the Program Files from from my local drive to the new desktop folder. Ran Tequila. It verified the files, didn't crash, and gives me the option to press Play. I hope OP sees this, and it helps them too.
  9. You can't launch score.exe without proper launch parameters. Right now these are: -patchdir score -patchversion 2019.04.19 -auth 178.128.143.231 -noversioncheck Pleas see my post after that one.
  10. What I meant, was that I tried launching it from score.exe as an alternative, since Tequila goes to download, then closes. Tequila does this also when running as Administrator.
  11. Also having this issue. Tried launching from score.exe, and it crashes. Waiting to see if it's server based, or there's a fix for this.
  12. You can resolve this by going to a trainer, switching builds, then switching back.
