I can't even find it in the costume options...where is it located?

I see your points - I wouldn't want to loose the ability of summoning 3 clouds. I hadn't considered the other "psuedopets" or however you'd want to identify them. I retract my suggestion!

I'd love to see Lighting storm have some ability to follow the caster around...sorta like storm cell.
