SS/Rad Brute but I hear a Rad/SS Tank is better. I have a Fire/Fire tanker that is starting to look nice at the start of lvl 20 using regular single origins.

I want to thank you for the time you invested in creating this for us players.

Just from reading, I think EM/Rad might be an AV beast. I am planning on trying out an EM scrapper after I finish my SS/Rad Brute and fire/fire tank.

My main on live at shut down was a EM/WP Brute I love EM one of my favorite sets.

This is what I have so far any advice? I am thinking about dropping one of the first two attacks but maintaining a good Attack Chain is important to me. I have about 380Mill left from what I had made when the game was released. I am also terrible at making builds so any and all help/criticism is welcomed. Any Advice Thank you.

TLDR; Radiation Armor/ Dark Melee Tank advice wanted I have played COH off and on since release, I can remember purchasing the game and rushing home to install it and learning that it required to be online. I then plugged the phone line into the back of my computer and began downloading the biggest patch I had seen up to that time over 32kbs. Two days later I was able to log in and create my first scrapper. Shortly after I purchased the City of Heroes game book and I also have all of their comics. Back in the day, you got a subscription to their comic book with your paid monthly sub. When Villians was released I traveled to my local Wal-Mart and purchased the game I even got a special edition of some sort. at that, I once again downloaded a large patch over 52kbs this time and was in the game within 24 hours. I rolled my first brute and never tried anything else. I am returning after being gone about 1000 days from the homecoming server and have decided to roll my first tank. I am going with Radiation/Dark Melee and would appreciate any pointers you folks have. Thank you all for your time.

I want to thank everyone for their responses, I will admit my post on the general forums asking this same question and the response was rather disheartening. I am so thankful to everyone that took the time out of their day in order to share their knowledge and answer my question.

I was wondering if anyone knew if it was able to make a copy of his costume, and if so what pieces would I use for the back and neck? Those are the ones I have never seen before.

I have a DM/RAD lvl 22 atm but he is tearing through everythign I have thrown at him.

Can anyone tell me how to calculate an attack chain?
