So I login per usual and create a character then as soon as it launches the city i fall through the ground. I tried the "/stuck" method and even attempted to delete the character and try again with a new character from scratch to try and get out of the loop but it just keeps happening. Any suggestions on how to get this resolved? I tried to ask for help in the game but they referred me back here...
