You're gonna watch Frostfire freeze his chatty underling, and you're gonna like it!

To this day I'm waiting for that Underling to become an Underling (read: minion or LT) again, so Frostfire actually CAN freeze him, which he used to do.

This is noticable on several snipes, such as beam rifle on blaster, the archery snipe however seems fine.

Yup. And on Beam Rifle that delay is consistent, whether the attack is fast or not, while the Epic snipes only act up as fast versions. <play x-files.mp3>

  3. A quick test on Beta (Brainstorm) with both, Moonbeam and Zapp, on Scrapper and Stalker shows that animation and execution of damage are out of sync for both ATs and snipes, when used as Fast Snipe over distances greater than the standard 80' for ranged attacks. So, all effects of Fast Snipe apply to the execution of Scrapper/Stalker snipes, but the actual damage is delayed. Missile animation and visual impact (target reaction) are also off.

OP isn't asking if they get fast-snipe - they're asking if it's working as intended.

    Good thing you're around.

  5. Power effect info for Tempest's [Wrathful Blade] attack:

    144.57 lethal damage on target

2 Ticks of 18.07 lethal damage over 1.10s on target after  0.50s delay

85.75 heal on self after 1.50s delay  (Ignores buffs and enhancements, unresistable)

-50.00%% resistance to healing for 15.00s on target  (Ignores buffs and enhancements)

-15.00%% regeneration rate for 15.00s on target  (Ignores buffs and enhancements)

-15.00%% recovery rate for 15.00s on target  (Ignores buffs and enhancements)

    Edited for clarification:

I assume that the effect is meant to buff 'self', not the target of the attack, but so it does.

The pet in question is an LT rank pet with 857 HP fighting in melee range and, like all Core Lore melee LTs, goes down in seconds without support, when confronted with hard targets on high diff.

So, buffing the effectiveness of heals on itself would make sense and would make KoV Lore a great alternative for all kind of Support toons. Debuffing an enemy's ability to heal would make sense too, when considering the design of other Core Lore LTs and the KoV Lore boss pet. Buffing its targetted enemy makes no sense at all and I think someone simply picked the wrong effect or the wrong beneficiary.

Below: 2 pics where Romulus Nictus' selfheal can be seen while being under the power's effect (4.242 hitpoints healed) and while not (2.827 hitpoints healed).

Using 'Alt Gr' causes everything I have already written in that active chat line to disappear, as soon as I use the letter a (small or capital), leaving only that a.

Once the effect is active it stays until I alt-tab out of CoX and back in.

Rebooting and re-validating the client didn't change anything, nor did rebooting my pc.

EDIT: for those who only read the initial post: workaround by @Midnight Guard 2 posts below

    Taunt Auras

    • The following Taunt Auras now have a built-in scale 1 Taunt (approximately 13.6s at level 50), as the global Gauntlet / PunchVoke proc doesn't apply to them:
      • Invincibility, Against All Odds, Rise to the Challenge (Brute and Tank only).
    • Brute and Tanker Ice Armor powers no longer have built-in Taunt, they are now instead covered by the inherent global proc.

    Where does Evasion fit in?
