I have the same issue, ticket was open stating that there was no fix since they checked everything and all things check out.

I also checked my options and made sure the music channel is turned up. No spaces in my filename. I'm stumped, any suggestions? I'm having the same issue, anyone have any suggestions? I am having the same problem, does it "only" play CoH ogg files or can it play other MP3 files that are converted to OGG that are not specific to CoH?

I've changed my password on the forum a few times, but I am not sure how to change it in game.
