In Warburg, the "Weapon of Mass Destruction / Weapon Inspector" badge is in accessible (visible in game), the closest I was able to get was "22 Ft." from the marker [/thumbtack -768.0 143.5 -0.0]. This makes the accolade and exploration badge unattainable at this time. When trying to get within the proximity of this badge, the character is forced away as if there is a building/structure colliding with the character. Notes: Character alignment is Hero I attempted to revisit this badge after triggering the zone event, no success at getting the badge either
