The idea was to encourage more people to join DIB by rewarding them with the buffs that they could use at any level. People can just buy inspirations and cap their damage/def/resistance at any time anyway, but I understand.

I think it would be cool if DFB and DiB buffs were available at all levels and stacked like the amplifier buffs from the S.T.A.R.T Vendor.

Thank you OP for starting this post. Devs, can Electrical Blast have the option to use Storm Blast's snipe animation? The one that looks like Zeus is throwing a bolt down. I love it and would really enjoy Electric Blaster more if it were possible. Love you, bye.
