Hello, I'm new to this era of City of Heroes but I used to play the original one allot. I'm having trouble finding the manifests on Cream Soda to access the Exselsior server and most of the more populated servers. I've been playing on a server thatat the most only has 15 people on at any given time and it's boring as hell. Please help. Thanx.
