make sure your manifest target is http://patch.savecoh.com/manifest.xml if you are using a terminal script like etoh-downloader it will "skip" to the next target for the download you will have to run it a few times if you are getting 403 the 403 probably means the files isnt allowed to be accessed by the public, like it's being updated
