Thanks. Sorry for the delayed response.

I spent a good hour yesterday creating a character and made sure to save my progress. Upon logging into the same server this morning, my character could not be found. However, if I look in the costume folder on my computer, the file is there. So I decided to start a new character and once I got to the costume screen I just loaded the saved character. I get up to the register screen and now I'm being told the name I gave my character is not available. Is this because my original character exists somewhere? How do I retrieve my original character? :'(

Thank you. That seems to have worked. It brought me to the log in screen. I'll have to explore more after breakfast!!

What's your operating system? Windows 10.

I installed the game, click on the "homecoming" icon and the introductory screen pops up. A few seconds later the screen goes black, the program closes, and I'm brought back to my desktop. Is it possible my laptop can't handle the game? My graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce GT 730M. I have an intel core i7 with 8 gb of RAM. Plenty of disk space available at 124 GB. Any thoughts?

I'm not really sure where to go to register and install the game. I went to cityofheroes.ca but when I filled out all the account information and clicked register, nothing happened. Did I go to the right website? Any assistance is appreciated.
