  1. I really like this set. If I could change anything would maybe make some of the buffs have a splash AoE added to them. I like the splash mechanic, makes the set unique.

  4. It should. Performance Shifter: +End also applies the chance for the proc to each team member hit when slotted in Energizing Circuit. I was reading the Proc Monster thread on the Defenders forums. Some people have been testing out procs with the new chain powers.   5. I love how the Panacea proc works in the chain mechanics of Insulating Circuit. Also the chance for heal Power Transfer proc currently has a chance to go off per team mate hit so it can be a nice self mini heal.
