Not happening. Spent 2hrs fiddling & your basically asking me to build you two energy blasters in the same build without the slots able to support it. Let alone the means to keep it alive. Your better off either staying Squid or Human. If all you wanna do is blast....if that's all you wanna do. You'd be better off just being a Corrupter, Defender, or Blaster. Least I can make them far more viable. Not the horror I've been trying to work with.

Sigh...I hate Kheldians. A lot....I may or may not get around to that. Nothing personal, I just really hate that AT. Anytime you want Human form, it starts going out the window for being anything I find worth my time.

The only time I refuse a build normally is Spine/Fire anything. But Human Kheldians, I hate just as much. They are a set that has next to no Status Protection. They are Resistance Based, not Defensive(Which would be needed to help avoid Status Attacks). Yes there tricks in form swapping, but then your just losing time/potential slots. I'll fiddle with something, but don't expect my best work with it. (I prefer Dual Form builds). This was an attempt of the Original Devs at a Unique AT, but they did a poor job(They even admitted it, where planning on doing overhaul of it, before Shutdown happened). Ice was never on brutes at the start, that Fury fix you talked about didn't happen till tail end of the game(before we all knew it was the tail end). When they decided to proliferate Ice Armor to brutes and Ice Melee. It was changed no matter if you get hit or missed you gain fury. But increased those gains, before majority if your Fury came from taking actual damage. All the ATs can soft capped the defense if you know how to build, As for SS on Defense set, sure you can avoid Rage Crash with no DEF Debuff...but why? Point of rage is stacking it. SS will always be best suited for Resistance based Armor sets or sets with high regen/healing rates. Scrapper - Martial Arts - Super Reflexes.mxd This build is soft capped, high recharge/dmg. Yes it's going cost you some cash, but all good builds do. You'll needs Mids Reborn to see it, if you don't have that program(Hero Designer)

Brute = Increasing your dmg the more you fight. It will be very hard to keep that dmg going up, especially when soloing. But if your a team and you keep rushing forward cuz you got DMG meter stuck in your brain, you could get murdered or annoy your team. Scrapper = Constant dmg + Crits. You may get stuck in Scrapperlock, see above statement about annoying your team or getting killed. Either are fine, question comes down to what is your secondary? Brute is a better choice for Resistance based set, cuz they can reach up to hard cap of 90%(Though harder) While Res sets are honestly not great for Scrappers capping at 75% While Def sets are far superior for them.

If your wanting to be melee. Rad Armor, hands down will say F you to CoT. More around you higher your recharge. Plus it also has To Hit Debuff in it.(Toggle). Rad Armor is always overlooked for reasons? Yet it's one the most powerful Armors out there. As for your attack, I would suggest Electric Melee to Lighting Rod your ass in middle of them. It also has Self Heal, Absorbs, & with one tanker pieces put into the Armor AoE attack, you'll get even more Absorb. Tanker - Radiation Armor - Electrical Melee.mxd Here a build you can look over.

Fire/Kin Controllers were/are/will always be the Staple for go to for Kin farmers. Do to containment you deal double dmg. You Flashfire or Cinders. F-S, Then AoE Immob with your Hotfeet melts stuff fast cuz your getting containment. They were first "Farmers" for a reason.

Cept there was 0, I mean 0 boasting. I just made a build & put it up. The other guy decided he had to go nanners on it. Not once do I or have I claimed, this end all amazaballs etc.. build. It's just a build I posted, nothing more. This is why I stick to my post area, every time I share builds outside of it, I got my "fans" waiting to shit on it or start something. -shrugs-

So since you don't understand how stealth works and when it's suppressed when your fighting, thus dropping defense down some(Your still getting defense bonus, just not as high). You need to call out a build that fits the criteria of Power Pool only builds? Not sure what your angling at here. I can't be responsible if you don't understand how a power works...

What are you talking about? Stealth when not stealth adds +3-5%(depending build). What are you talking about attacks? I have the 1 attack from Spider. I think your still confused.

Sadly, I can never get anyone to play over on Praetoria, so I gave up over there had someone PL the 1 guy I had left there to 20, so I could out(PD AE). Shame, was on my fav places, wish it was expanded for 1-50(liked planned). But oh well.
