The single target hold does dmg. If you have Containment, you do double dmg with it. That goes for any power that has dmg and you have containment.

Depends honestly. Scrapper gets crits, Tankers with updates do more dmg then they use to with survival aspects, Brutes with help will do the most, but without help, going take a lot time to reach that cap.

No problem, I'm currently dealing with an account in game by @Lunastar who won't stop griefing me, he went out of his way to make an @fatboy drakken account to continue the grief at me, after I ignored first. Do to changes to Tanks. While yes and with help, I brute can get a higher DPS total. Tankers had a lot their stuff buffed and can maintain constant steady stream of DPS. Everything honestly. (Cept MMs, cuz it makes pets super dumb). But classic is Fire/Kin Controller. But it pairs with everything, cuz your capping your DPS if your doing it right.
