I think expressing the number as a percentage makes for a less cluttered target window. Or make it optional like target distance.

[Training Pylon/Dummies for SG bases]

It would be nice if we could get placeable pylons and dummies inside SG bases so we don't need to use the public ones in RWZ and put them in pretty areas.

 

I know people who have done the hard fight in Aeon have a summonable dummy, but that is on a cooldown and it works differently then the testing pylons, some pets won't attack dummies but they will attack pylons.

So you hold down left shift and the click with your left mouse button whilst in dwarf form to tp ❤️

Invis I use for LOTG procs ❤️ I don't actually use it in combat so I would swap it for maybe Leadership for Manoeuvres and Vengeance, plus Victory rush is a lovely power imo 😄 Teleportation is the last power pool I would remove due to the speed of teleport, the helpfullness of Teleport target, the in combat use of Combat TP, and fold space is like a drug!

But the build would need something to slot the LOTG into to maintain the perma light form 🙂

I will say as someone who often leads teams and leagues especially during zone wide events like Rikti raids, Trick or Treat, Mapserver etc. Leading teams or leagues is probably the hardest thing to do in game 😄 I personally like the OPs suggestion but ONLY if it does not require someone to form a team/league, otherwise I'm out 🙂

So from doing rough numbers using the Victory Rush scaling as an example, using Vengence on the following class of mob will give the following:

Player/ArchVillain/Hero - 22.5% def, 28% Acc/Dam

Elite Boss - 18% def, 22.4% Acc/Dam

Boss - 13.5% def, 16.8% Acc/Dam

Lieutenant - 9% def, 11.2% Acc/Dam

Minion - 4.5% def, 5.6% Acc/Dam
 

[Leadership Vengeance/Victory Rush]

It would make Masterminds incredibly OP, being able to give their entire team 22.5% all def, 28% dmg and to hit buff just for a dead minion. Not to mention that being an easy to reach perma status 😄

HOWEVER, if like Victory Rush it gave a different set of values depending on the rank of the ally that died (Players being it's current stats) then I would be fully for it!

I wouldn't worry about the toggles in the power pools unless you are chucking a LOTG proc in there for global recharge 🙂 But active powers like Fold Space, Vengence, Hasten are all great ones that you can go back into human to activate off cooldown!
