Respectfully the part about population is kinda wrong, i totally understand that you want to stay here on HC, but if you wanted to see what the population is like for yourself, then i suggest giving the other servers a whirl, assuming that because you have been on HC and population is high you get more help, could not be more further from the truth. I have played on all the servers and they all help you out if you asked, especially We Have Cake and CoXG, though i haven't played Rebirth in a long time but they are still helpful, in fact in my experience smaller communities means you get the help more and better teaming because people will engage with you more.

i mean, you said this server "remains closer to the original game" but you are forgetting that all these changes were made by Leandro like 7 years ago, they are not official changes, so if the server has had 7 years of changes then it is far from being similar to the original game, if anything, Rebirth is staying closer to the original game.

Its not a big server because of what it does, its a big server because it had its foot in the door of establishing itself as the major server before the code was leaked to the masses, so it had a much better chance of gaining the majority of the playerbase as a result.

Serious question, i see a lot of other servers moving ahead with new content, new storylines, more bug fixes and attention to the playerbase, the only thing that is stopping me from playing this server more is the fact that nothing really of value has been added in terms of new powersets (new sets from live from the original devs do not count and Sentinel has been around for 7 years+). Is there a road map, a timescale or a conversation of things to come? is there any coders left working on this server? and is Leandro apart of this server anymore? I would like to do a review of this server sometime but whats holding me back is the bad experiences ive had with this server and the lack of communication of certain things and lack of content, any information would be grateful thanks.

i think you forget my initial point in all of this is that i would love it for everyone to have their own version of the game up, even just one server, but not run by people who ban you for a made up issue, seems like everyone here thinks that if you have a bad thought or feeling about someone or soemthing that you are not allowed to if you want to work something out..

its not even their property, its NCSofts and the people here act like they own it lol!

Lets have a little talk, we have to talk about something here, if someone has broken a rule shouldnt that person at least be approached about the situation and given a chance to explain themselves? We all have opinions on various subjects and i am not going to ignite any hostility or issue, i would rather just have an honest discussion over what i did wrong and why am i getting punished on the private server but not here? i didnt break any rules, i didnt harass or hurt anyone, and there is no proof of me doing so, just a ban to say i did something. This started off when i made a fair video regarding the Thunderspy server, not everyone will agree and i accept that server is not for everyone, so evidently i got dragged into this mess by some people emailing me a bit of abuse about this, i expected as such to get that kind of response, but evidently its twice now that i have been banned. I have said this before and i will say it again, it seems that whenever you have an opposing opinion, you get actioned by this server in one way or another, downvoted on reddit, banned on similar servers owned by that one guy, so why is this a probelm to me? imagine you had the chance to get your characters that you lost when the game shut down, well Leo took that away from me and that has upset me greatly, and not only that has made up some reason to get me banned, i mean, that's awful. Feel free to discuss this if you wish, i will respond to those who are valid and respectful about this, if you came here to argue i wont bite, im not here for an argument, im here for answers. That ONE server had my characters from well over 8 years ago, but i am not allowed to be upset or care about that right? imagine that happening to you, but it wouldnt because you are in that little group with Leo and Co.

And i agree, if its not for you then it isnt for you, not everything will be for everyone.

And give the IP to a guy who literally bans you for a made up issue? yeah that is smart, we definitely want a server run by someone like that, no the server should be ran by a collection of minds by people who agree or disagree, it doesnt matter, people are allowed to have an opinion on the subject.

If your last part of your sentence was genuine then i appreciate it, my point was very clear, there were things said about a server that wasnt true, yes they excercise free speech, and i think everyone should accept that, they say those meany bad words that people lose sleep of over the nights, but my video was very fair and grounded, i dont need to insult another server to make a point, we can all eat at the table so long as we agree that we all have our own visions, but if one party does not play ball for a very small minute reason, then the issue lies with them not with the other server.

coxg isnt bad, any server really isnt bad apart from what i experienced here, i think my point was pretty clear and fair tbh, not everyone will agree but i didnt attack anyone, nor did i share any screenshots with people and players information.

you can dislike someone or their ethics and still work with them, you dont have to agree to everything a company does, thats called having a "free mind".

i dont speak for other servers, you took what i said out of context and adjusted it to sound like i represent other servers because that is what you guys do, NCSoft are the bad guys, that doesnt mean other servers shouldnt be given a chance, people are allowed to have an opinion, or can you not handle that? so because the possibility of others feeling the same way as i do they cant be invited? nice to know, this is why HC is becoming totalatarian, if it doesnt fit with HC, then it wont fit anywhere.

i would, simply because it strengthens your character, remember NCSoft are the bad guys, not all of us players, so to risk it against the machine so to speak would mean the world to everyone, hey at least he tried right? that would have been my statement for that, keeping integrity is everything to a hero, so why didnt he lead by example and risked it all for everyone? because they have no copyright laws in argentina as such and with he couldnt be tracked or hassled in any way.

Maybe you are right, who knows, but the right thing to do would have been to be open and honest with ALL of the coh community, not to a select few, that becomes a bit elitist in my eyes, it means only those who can be trusted can join the game, when the game was free for everyone at one time and is now at the moment stolen code, seems unfair to the majority, but i do see your ponit and can agree that maybe things may have not turned out great if it got leaked, but then, at least he did the right thing.

the private server wasa taking in more than $3k a month for servers when to host a server that size costs around $400, you do the math, some months it would go up to $9k i saw roughly, again this is fact, yes i know how much it takes to run servers, hell i run some off of my own computer for other games, i know how it all works, so your presumption is incorrect.

no you mean the HC community jumped on to someone making a different comment as per usual, people like me get pushed out, surprised i am not banned yet, that is the usual MO of some people around here anyway, anything that isn't positive of HC is usually silenced or banned. as i always do i present the information there in, as i do in my review videos, of which i will do when reviewing all coh servers, though i will give you a good example of gas lighting, Leo told people how MM's pets cannot be modified or made to be customizable for years, all of sudden within 6 months Bubblewrap comes across this as a MISTAKE, people have been begging for new content over the years and all we got was peanuts, now people are really working on their version of coh and future content the future looks brighter than it did 6 years ago, being told something cannot be done all the while giving positive reinforcement after being told we were in the wrong for asking, that is not gas lighting no?

it was definitely invite only, i was on that server, i know how it was ran, you had to have a "sponsor" and then they would invite you based on how trustworthy you are and if you could "keep it secret, keep it safe" and "turtle up" if things get leaked, but i have seen big streamers come out about the private server so its not a big deal for me or anyone to really come out about it and say i or anyone was on it, there was no NDA on the private server per se, but if you leaked it you and your invite tree were banned.

6 years, it is not a claim, that is fact, why not after the first year? second year? hell even third year? that excuse can only take you so far until you have to stand in front of everyone and just admit you had no intention of doing so, 6 long years some people did not know of the servers existence and by invite only? ridiculous, sorry but there is no justification for keeping the code that long, if that is how people see it then maybe then going around killing people in secret is ok until you get caught?

I dont sit in HC's discord to try and lie or make stuff up about them or attempt to orchestrate their downfall though that is the difference, i make reviews based upon the information i recieve and the content i experience, that is much different to " keeping an eye on them" which is massively petty imo.
