I noticed this in Praetoria, because there are a lot of stairs and a lot of NPC allies. Not only does this tend to happen in the half-stairs in the tunnels, they also get stuck on the stairs in the labs.

I usually play with audio turned very low, 5% or even 1%, so I can listen to other things while I am playing. Power sound effect volumes are not very well balanced. This is especially noticeable when doing things like the ship raid in RWZ, with all of the powers constantly going off. The loud powers are not always the same under all circumstances, but there are some repeat offenders. While waiting to start ship raid, I noticed my Speed Burst and Increased Density were very loud, as well as Dispersion Bubble. When the raid was under way, SB and ID were quiet, but Siphon Power and Soul Drain (?) were extremely loud.
