Just lowering it to the 500k badge would make the alternative to the blueside accolade a little more appealing IMHO.

I'd like to see Ancillary Earth for Blasters, Stalkers, Scrappers and Dominators personally.
Ditto for Ice for all the above ones, barring Dominators who get that already.
In general proliferation of epic pools to fill the missing themes I guess would not hurt.
An Atomic epic pool would also be pretty nice, among new options, as well as perhaps something related to weapons, for archetypes that do not have it, such a pistols or a bow epic pool. Crossbow even, since we are at it. 😛

The late Steve Irwin was as close to a real life equivalent of the main character of the aforementioned movies, and he can therefore also be a good source. Or even better, a better source, no pun intended.
As far as the comic book medium is concerned, and while they may be a bit dated now, as well as hard to find, Eric Jolliffe's Outback 125 and Saltbush Bill could be a pair of good humurous references for that kind of character.
For a more literary source, I would consider at least dipping into the thematics of Australian Bush poetry which is a part of Australian culture that educated non-Australians may have heard, in addition to illustrate genuinely Australian views of the rural parts of their country.

Re-reading the thread I also cannot help but notice the absence of a mention for crossbows. 😛
Those would be so lovely, I always feel so sad every time Vahzilok or Circle of Thorns shoot their lovely crossbows at me. 😞

Some more bits:
- A few of the powers of the Demons mastermind set have a reference to Hellfire, such as Living Hellfire, and the Hellfire Demonling.
- There are the Hellion Girlfriends, who also use aforementioned powerset to an extent. Emphasis on Hell-ion. It's suggested however that they simply conform to Hellion iconography and ideas in order to exploit them better.
- Last but not least, just because your character is a demon, they don't need to know exactly as the multiverse works. In fact they may be as clueless as any human, simply clueless in a different way, or following some interpretation which may be as good, in the end, as any human interpretation. And nobody says all demons must agree about a certain interpretation or that any such interpretations is actually true.

Hopefully the two announced Origin Power Pools may fill these gaps to an extent.
But I really think some additional basic pools, and perhaps epic pools too, would be quite a good addition to benefit potentially all characters indeed.

Yes, please, every time I go to a club it's utter insanity. I see my convo interspersed with those of people meters and meters away. No matter how you do it, whether by reducing Local range or creating a new channel.

I'd like a way to be exemplared without joining a task force, personally. Though how difficult or worthwhile that would be, I really cannot know. Worst case I can already get an arc of the right level with Ouroboros and then go explore the zones I like.

Maybe try to make some features of the House remain seasonal, though, like gaining costumes and Halloween salvage.
But yeah, I miss it already.

What did you pick as epic power pool? I recall many masterminds telling me that one of the AoE immobilizes were quite useful in their builds, precisely for keeping the knockback in check, and not just exclusively with bots.

I would frankly settle even for something like the fire/ice swords, which appear only in some of the powers of the poweresets that have them, and integrate them with other attack animations.
Call it something like Hellfire Melee/Manipulation/Assault or something similar depending on AT. Just place those whips somewhere else other than the Mastermind set.

I found this little oddness in the Phoebas Point in Cimerora. I was accustomed to mission maps where one could ascend by entering the door located in the cave, which led to an interior dungeon, which led in turn to the top. This door however is not enterable currently in the beta. On the other hand the way to the top is provided by another door in the back, near which is an exploration badge.
I wonder if it would be possible to make the door in the cave near the boat also lead to the top, or lead somewhere on the top of the Phoebas Point as well.

Really, really, really amazed for this. Needless to say, I hope also some npc emotes will be unlocked sooner or later, that lying on couch emote Bobcat uses would be godsend to have in rp.
But really a big huge THANK YOU for this.

A small note, for the powers that sleep and do damage, will the damage be reduced or removed given the powers are now auto-hit?
This was particularly annoying for the powers that did low damage, such as siren's song, since the incarnate interface bonus damage then broke the sleep.

Very very quick question: what will happen to the shared powers in the electric control set and electric assault set?
Even if at a later time, will Dominator Voltaic Sentinel also become a toggle, or are those powers all right as they are for now?

There are also Psionic Melee and Willpower while we are at it.

I had kept wondering what messed up my character's stance, and now I know why (and also some fix to it). Thanks a lot for bringing this up.
I have definitely been affected by this so many times.

Pardon again, what I meant was a customization for ninja/beast/athletic run that allowed to remove the cloud of smoke.
I think I may have misunderstood some earlier patch notes and announcements at this point, sorry.
