Hotmail and Outlook are blocking most of our emails at the moment. Please use an alternative provider when registering if possible until the issue is resolved.

Since it is C# code, porting it to a dot net core web app would be the most appropriate way. Blazor app would be very cool, but obviously there is a ton of UI work that would have to be done to make it viable, but at least all the calculations and such would be ported over.
