Constructive criticism isn't portraying anything negative. Just stay away from behaviors that are generally unacceptable and from spreading unfounded rumors or the like.
IDK, most AAA publishers like NCSoft seem allergic to criticism.

I am curious, why the sudden change in policy if you still haven't obtained the IP? I thought that was the main reason for not allowing videos and streams?

Was it Paragon or Cryptic who said that?

I had a couple ideas, a shrink powerset (probably a stalker exclusive stealth set, maybe a defense set for scrapper and sentinel but IDK?), a growth powerset (probably split between melee DPS powersets for all ATs with melee DPS and tank/brute defense powersets), as well as a giant bee mount and giant beetle travel power pool with a mid-flight mid-range ramming attack using the beetle's horn and a flight buff like afterburner that also increases the ramming attack's accuracy a bit (IDK if that would be balanced though).
Giant characters would probably have to clip through doors and lower roofs and I don't really think there's a good way to handle that issue but tiny characters (unless fully stealthed of course) would still have the same size clickbox with the nametags over the same spot as normal size characters to make sure they're properly balanced as NPC enemies and in PvP (Gnomes in WoW apparently used to have a problem with this but they ultimately fixed it by doing something like that).

With the circuit powers, where only one target gets the full effect, is there a way to determine which target that is? Or is it random?
IMO, the buffs should prioritize like tanks>DPS>Support>CC with the future MM version prioritizing tanks>casting MM's own pets>DPS>Support>CC and the heal should prioritize low health.

I sent a friend my locally saved AE arc file to modify before publishing but several details were missing/broken/renamed/set to default

Oh yea, can't forget absurdly oversized glasses:

Anime hair, anime faces, transformation costume change emotes and roll call/catchphrase poses. Especially Kamen Rider Ichigo's iconic pre-transformation arm poses. Obviously some of the actual transformation parts in some of the examples would be hard to pull off but the effects and poses are what really matter anyway.

Well, going to my profile and hitting "show posts" is working as a stopgap for now anyway.

Starting to wonder if they even read these threads...

Great, another unoriginal villain AT because apparently corruptor and brute weren't enough...
Also tank mages would be OP. The entire point of a DPS mage is to be a glass cannon.

And can someone please point me to this Dev statement regarding multi-boxing... I looked where I thought it should be and tried searching, but came up with no actual post regarding the issue. Would be interesting to see what they actually stated in regards to people who play 2-3 accounts since people are saying they have basically condoned such behavior.
Looking at my Dev Tracker, I can find no instances of the Devs talking about multi-boxing... at all.
I kinda assumed they were copying all the announcements here since they've had brief ones there with links to longer versions here. But I guess that's not the case. Probably going with discord for the pings.

All of the above statements are largely derived from issues in EVE Online caused by CCP's lax policies on running multiple accounts out of the same PC, which to my knowledge is the only example that springs to mind of a game where multiboxing has been actively allowed by a developer in their MMO. Also from peoples' tendency to take the most optimal or low-effort means to accomplish a goal (such as farm out IO sets). And peoples' tendency to violate conditional rules (people tend to speed more in school zones where the speed limit is reduced periodically during the reductions than in areas with constant speed limits, as a quantifiable example) over constant ones. Even if tools were implemented to identify multiboxers as the server fills up and "I didn't know 7 PM on a Saturday was going to be peak hours" and "sorry, I'm just playing with my brother" become common excuses.
"This happened to a different game and could potentially happen to this one but it hasn't yet so let's act like it has"
EVE Online has turned into a trash fire several times due to lack of oversight/control/accountability.
Good thing this is an entirely different game; maybe we should even treat it as one.

Multi boxing behavior is easily identifiable in game from a thematically similar family group playing together. That on it's own honestly seems like it could be an actual family. I mean I saw a post on tumblr of a family group playing as Starscream, Skywarp and Thundercracker, a trio of transformers characters who are recolors of each other. Are you going to assume THEY are multiboxing?
Now on the other hand, I saw a kheild with an army of identical defender AT "drone" characters that had em on follow, probably to compensate for those enemies that spawn in every mission with a kheild. That one was PRETTY obvious. He wasn't even trying to hide it.. And that was when multiboxing was still 100% banned too.

it appears that the Homecoming team initially seeked refuge in the EU to circumvent Intellectual Property (IP) laws
Sounds like someone never heard of things like the Berne Convention, ACTA and other such international treaties. Come back when you know even the slightest about international IP laws.

CIT is dead. I'm personally guessing the person in charge of CIT was involved with SCORE at the time. He apparently is too lazy to deal with the new servers (seriously, with the reason given, it's not really much of an excuse to not work with the new servers) or he's lying and wants to hide his involvement with the SCORE personal server (which knowing that score had their own CIT seems far more likely).

I keep getting spat out at the TF/Trial contact when no one else joins. The queue should keep you queued and inform you if there's not enough players and/or if it's taking unusually long.

If they were cheap, they would not be all that prestigious, now, would they?
The term is outdated, it's from a time when the cash shop existed.

There should be base room styles with invisible ceiling and floor trim and walls, roofs and floors that are purely one color in every costume and skin color available so you can make masked out screenshots and chroma key video footage.
This will increase potential for comics and machnima made in-game. Especially for those of us who can't wrap our heads around demorecord...

Anyhow, will leave things as they are, sorry if you took things so personally, I understand some topics can strike a nerve with some people and it can sometimes become more heated than intended.
Often, its not the topic that strikes a nerve, its using the "if you don't share my opinion its means you're evil, because there is only one right opinion" that makes things heated. Casting aspersions on those who disagree with you is not discussion, its an attack.
It's generally best to ignore people who exhibit this sort of behavior on the off chance that they're a covert narcissist and begin to target you or talk about you behind your back.

Ninja and Beast run are free. You're just limited in how many free ones you can choose.
Did you even read my post? My point is that you can get one of them for free AND they're way more useful, SIGNIFICANTLY devaluing the ones that can't be used with other powers.
-
They don't even let you use other powers when you use them. Ninja Run and Beast Run are way more useful than the panther and wolf shapeshift and you can get one of those for free. What's even up with that?

There's a small problem I noticed with your code of conduct: "Additionally, creating copies of existing characters from the City of Heroes / Villains lore or naming your Supergroup after existing groups from the City of Heroes / Villains lore is not permitted. Use of these characters in Architect Entertainment and character backstories is permitted, and you are free to present yourself as a member of an existing group or portray your Supergroup as an offshoot or subdivision of an existing group, but you cannot portray yourself as owning or being in control of any existing group."
This is makes no sense to me as there are a certain four archetypes, two Kheldian archetypes and two Arachnos archetypes which are canonically explicitly linked to the CoH/CoV lore and existing groups. Are those not in the game anymore or is there some sort of loophole I'm not aware of? Also you technically work for the Arachnos throughout most of CoV's canon story and anyone who doesn't leave Praetoria through its main storyline is also canonically working for one of the two factions there.
