City of Heroes launching issues.

Hey all, I'm having and issue launching CoH and I cant seem to figure it out. I've got everything downloading and ready to go, but for some apparent reason the game won't actually launch. When I boot up Tequila and have "Homecoming" selected, the classic CoH loading bar will appear for about two to three seconds and then vanish... Even the icon with Statesman will appear down on the bottom of my desktop and disappear with the loading bar. Am I missing something? I've checked both my A/V & Firewall to see if that was the case, but it was not. The computer I am using is a 64bit, and I know CoH is 32bit. Would that be an issue perhaps? I'm slightly moronic when it comes to a lot of the technical aspects of things, but surely it's nothing major!

 

Hopefully someone out there can help me figure this out so i can return to Paragon City!!
