City Binder bind notifications

Hey all, I'm running Speed on Demand through City Binder.  Problem I'm getting is it's spamming my System channel with bind load notifications.  I've tried editing the text files directly adding silent to the end of all the bindloadfile commands but it didn't do the trick.  Is there something I'm missing or do I just have to live with it and isolate the System channel to a separate tab?

That is just silencing the initial load of the Speed on Demand bind.  That is being silenced.  When I press and release W for example, there is a bind notification for each "action". Once when I press the W and another then I release W.  That's what I'm trying to get silenced.
