Ranged Shot missing animation in character editor

I was testing the character creator and noticed that now ranged shot (archery powerset) does not correctly show its animation. It just draws the bow and an arrow bolts without the character doing anything. If I disable no redraw the arrow just goes alone and the character remains still. Is it only me having this issue?

 

I did several tests in different days, on different servers, including Pineapple, and after rebooting my system.
