Extra Uncounted Radio Mission

At level 9 in Kings Row, I did that character's first radio mission.  I selected another radio mission, "Defeat Archon Whatshisface."  It was the only mission I had.   I got to the mission, entered... and it was a completely different objective, "Get the Claw of Doom."  And the enemies were all Hellions, not Council.  I completed it, exited, and went to get another radio mission... Only it told me that I still had the "Defeat Archon Whatshisface" mission to do.  And it was halfway across Kings Row.  I also checked the Detective tab, and it showed that I only had one radio mission count towards the Safeguard, not two.
