Title really, it's the very last quest in the chain. You require the potion to be able to talk to McKnight to enter the Midnight club. Without it, you basically cannot finish the arc.

Getting this issue as well. Have dropped and picked up the mission several times, waited until several temp power disguises were gone in case those were causing issues, but still can't progress past the part requiring talking to Ashley McKnight as no temp power given.
