Broken Chat Filter

Not sure what happened, but the chat filter got borked.  You so much as capitalize a letter, even just the first letter, and it can't tell it's a swear word anymore.  Ever heard the phrase ffs?  Actually spell it out, chat filter can't see it.

 

Look, I know some people don't like the filter.  That's why you can turn it off.  If you want to make that option more obvious, or easier to find, or even have it toggled off by default, fine.  Just keep it functional.
