Now, suddenly, whenever I start in 32 or 64 bit mode, I get a black (full) screen and a spinning (busy) cursor. I can start in safe mode and play. I have a EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 SC Ultra GAMING graphics card and I have updated to the most recent (10/29/19) drivers. The issue seemed to start when I dual-boxed with the game being in full screen on each of my 2 monitors. For that reason, I suspect it is graphics related, but I cannot be certain of that.
