Fix Mission Architect Dialog triggers

It's been my experience in MA that speech triggers can be a bit wonky. For instance, I'm working on a mission where someone spawns at the front of the mission when you've defeated the boss in the back, BUT, they say their lines as soon as they spawn and you're nowhere near them, making it easy to miss what they've said and have spawned at all. In fact, they even say the lines they're only supposed to say when they engage the character, but as they spawn, so that's definitely broken and should be fixed!
