Katana/Bio, How to upgrade my Scrapper further?

I recently finished a build I made and I'm proud of it! I did a lot of research on what works and what doesn't but I may of missed some super min/max tricks. Not just that, but I'm looking to upgrade (possibly to purple sets?) to put my build to the next level, I'm clueless how to make the build any better so I'm asking you guys for advice.

 

This will give me further ingame goals to work toward as I'm a bit of a Main-o-holic!

I run in Offensive Adaptation all of the time for the +DMG so I aimed to cap S/L RES according to that idea. I took Hover instead of Stealth because I feel it was much handier for some content (and I don't have the ugly Jetpack when I -need- to fly)
