Mr. Wallet Posted December 18, 2019 Share Posted December 18, 2019 Clockwork Efficiency is one of the 5 unique damage enhancements from the P2W vendor. It states that it enhances damage by -500%. It seems to increase damage like it's supposed to, so I think just the tooltip is broken. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
