Mr. Wallet Posted December 18, 2019 Posted December 18, 2019 Clockwork Efficiency is one of the 5 unique damage enhancements from the P2W vendor. It states that it enhances damage by -500%. It seems to increase damage like it's supposed to, so I think just the tooltip is broken.
srmalloy Posted December 20, 2019 Posted December 20, 2019 IIRC, all of the Prestige Enhancements had their tooltips broken that way when Homecoming went public. It's just a text error, the enhancement works correctly.
