Island Rum requesting Keystroke Receiving on Mac OS

Island Rum is requesting access to receive keystrokes from any application on my Mac (see attached screenshot). Is this normal or is this a nefarious key logger?

I added that to Entitlements (as well as incoming/outgoing network access and disk read/write access) so it would not block the child process CoH from being able to access any of those things.
