Login thru Tequila issue

For some reason I cannot login to the game.  I can get to the games login window fine but when I enter my Account name and password I get the "account name or password" error.  I'm a bit puzzled because I can login with both on the website... but not the game.  BTW, yes I've checked the spelling, caps lock etc.  But no luck.  Am I missing something?

Are you using your forum account or game account?  Its a step a lot of people skip or miss, but you have to use the game account to log into the game, not the forum account.  I believe there is a button up top of the window here to make that if you havent already.

 

If you are using your game account and it isnt working, hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me will come along and help.
