I've heard a couple different explanations of how to build Radiation Armor. It seems like it wants to layer defenses but doesn't provide much native +Def.

 

This build aims for 32.5 defenses (with one Divine Avalanche buff) for softcapping off of a basic luck. The rest is devoted to supporting the clicky heal suite.

 

Is it possible to perma hasten without the third slot in it? Is there a better path to 32.5 that sneaks in more recharge?
