  1. I've been slotting mine with Frozen Blast Rech/Immob Proc, Overwhelming Force End/Rech, and the Achilles' proc. I haven't really noticed the FB immobilize happening very often, but that might be me not noticing it.
  2. I'm not sold on the Synapse's unique, myself. It doesn't apply to Nova form. It doesn't do much in Human given that I super speed in human. Dwarf sees some benefit, but I'm very comfortable teleporting and find that to be a better way to move. My backup plan is Catch a Breaths, honestly. The times that I do see my endurance majorly dip are due to eclipse/mire/quasar opens (which chain to Stygian other than in the situations previously mentioned) or cycling powers in dwarf at full rotation for over 4 minutes straight (without Endurance support, which is kinda rare).

  4. I believe that a good number of players would enjoy the option of starting a Kheldian or Arachnos Agent in the Going Rogue storyline. In the case of Kheldians, the higher difficulty of NPC factions in Praetoria suggests that Void/Quantum spawns may not be necessary for balance. I, for one, would enjoy Incandescent Striking Reese.
  5. I've heard a couple different explanations of how to build Radiation Armor. It seems like it wants to layer defenses but doesn't provide much native +Def. This build aims for 32.5 defenses (with one Divine Avalanche buff) for softcapping off of a basic luck. The rest is devoted to supporting the clicky heal suite. Is it possible to perma hasten without the third slot in it? Is there a better path to 32.5 that sneaks in more recharge?
