Bind to select foes with Disintegrate debuff on them?

I'm not familiar with binds/macros or even what the difference is between them.   Is it possible to create one which will select or cycle through foes with a debuff on them--specifically Disintegrate?  My Beam Rifle combo requires me to select foes that have the Disintegrate debuff on them.  The foes show the Disintegrate f/x but it is still very difficult to identify them in the midst of battle.  Thanks  😊

The bind system unfortunately doesn't let us target with a keyword search  like that. You can't even easily target via NPC rank (underling, minion, lt, boss, etc.)

 

You can target by mob name, so if you make several macros and change the mob names depending on what your fighting, you might save yourself some tab time.

 

Realistically this is one of those times that mouse targeting will be the most efficient method.
