Agorazium
Hi all, This build has undergone dozens of changes as I've been leveling it and messing around on Pine's. I had several 50 Mind/s back in the day, but no Dominators, and have only used /Energy with Grav where I was relying on the stuns to fill in Gravity's control holes. Both sets play very differently when combined with each other so I feel like I'm constantly learning and making changes. Some things I've noticed: - Levitate is redundant when I have higher damage and guaranteed KB/KD from Power Push. Mesmerize seems like a better option even with no slots available for it. - Mass Hypnosis gets almost no use. Neither does Telekinesis, but the latter is better as a one-slot wonder. - My attack chain is so busy that I don't feel like I have room for Bone Smasher - TF and ET are more than enough to take most mobs out of the fight, or at least heavily damage and stun them. - I took Tough/Weave because it was impossible (AFAIK) to get Perma-Hasten as well as decent defense/resistances. - I really wanted to take Spring Attack for extra AOE (Whirling Hands sucks), but I don't think I can fit it in. Slotted Terrify for damage as a compromise. My main questions are: am I slotting the powers efficiently, and is there anything I'm missing that could get my defense a little bit higher without sacrificing recharge. oedipus_tex
Mass Hypnosis is a non-notify power that sees most use solo. Enemies won't be alerted if you them with it. Great for sleeping a crowd long enough to Confuse them all. It's a great set mule even if you rarely use it. I'm on a phone where I cant pull up mids but how much do you really need Grabt Invis and Invis, and for what reason? I don't think LotG +recharge stacks. If you're trying to be Invisible, try Super Speed with Celerity: Stealth. Unless Fly is for concept I'd drop it. Other than aesthetics it's easily replaced by a jet pack, and you have Hover anyway. LOTG+rech stacks up to 5 times, like any set bonus Ask me about my City Of Heroes patch problem https://levelzeroems.com/search?q=City of Heroes
