Windows not displaying effect icons

Now that I've come back after a day, I've been fiddling with the various window displays for about half an hour and can't figure out why auto and toggles (really, no effects at all) display under my health window.

 

On other characters I can hide auto powers and unhide them but not even sure how to hide all effects like this.  Just wondering if anyone knows what hotkey toggles this:

And now, since I've got 2 of the same attachments loaded on my forum account named the same thing, it will attach both and now I have to figure out how to delete attachments off my account lol

So no one's run into this issue? Or am I just blind and the setting is right on my face?

just got this myself.   ANY idea what you did to cause it - or how to undo it?

Menu -> Options -> Windows -> Status Window Buff Display -> Set "Stop Sending All Buffs" to Disabled -> Test by switching zones to refresh your autos/toggles.
