Panthonca7034 Posted February 6, 2020 Posted February 6, 2020 Normally when you start the mission where a fight takes place between the Talons and The Carnival of War, there is some kind of animation that is supposed to take place, like carnies and talons punching each other or taunting each other. When I started the mission, the carnies and the Talons just stood there, arms crossed, when they're supposed to be fighting each other.
