Rahkmon Posted February 10, 2020 Share Posted February 10, 2020 I made this build from a mids build that I found for a Scrapper. In the wiki it said that Brute and Scrapper Dual Blades are the same. Not so much. This build seems under powered for damage and weak on defense. Can anyone look at this and offer me any suggestions as to what I might change to help this build be better.
