Light Form Animation plays if used while on CD.

I'm sure it's been brought up before, but I'd just like to make sure it's noticed.

 

This is a small, but incredibly annoying bug for Peacebringers. 

 

Using light form when it's not ready yet will still have your character do the animation and lock you out of action until it finishes, this is especially annoying when running with enough recharge to perma LF, as sometimes when you cut it close, it'll get you killed.
