macskull Posted February 18, 2020 Share Posted February 18, 2020 Not sure if it’s working as intended or not since most procs aren’t affected by external sources but the +HP portion of the Panacea proc is being affected by heal buffs and debuffs (set bonuses, Incandescence, etc.). Pretty sure all the other heal procs are a fixed percent of HP and aren’t affected by buffs.
