Bug When Creating Incarnate Power

I currently have Cimeroran Core Ally, and decided to create Cimeroran Partial Core Improved Ally.

So, I spent the necessary Threads and an Empyrean merit to create the components. When I went to slot it, it wouldn't allow me to do so because the power was recharging from the last use. No big deal for that, except that I now no longer have the Partial Core showing as having been created. It, and the components, are gone.
